About Office Court Companies

Office Court Companies, Inc. was formed in 1990 during the development of its first Santa Fe office park, Pecos Trail Office Compound. It is first and foremost a family oriented business, representing the fourth successive generation of fathers mentoring sons, and brothers working together. Its principals, Ken Joseph and Andy Joseph continue to operate with a philosophy centered on maintaining real estate value through an extraordinary level of customer service. 

Office Court is the developer of three Class A office parks in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and a fourth in Denver, Colorado. Office Court Companies has also acted as a consultant in several parts of the country, offering advice in real estate product development, finance, marketing and strategic planning. Office Court holds real estate licensing in New Mexico and Colorado, as well as a Commercial (GB-98) General Contracting License.

As President and Qualifying Broker of Office Court Companies, Inc. Ken continues to manage, market, finance and develop strategic solutions for the properties he developed, and has consulted on a wide range of real estate projects including urban lofts, hospitality properties, retail, urban redevelopment, executive suites, residential development, as well as guiding clients franchising the Office Court® product through the development and marketing process in several areas of the country. Ken’s consulting practice has provided strategic and business planning advice to many different industries including event venues, bed and breakfasts, law firms, food service, automotive, shipping, financial services, printing, community supported agriculture, and more. He is a licensed qualifying real estate broker in New Mexico and Colorado, and is a licensed commercial general contractor in New Mexico. With 26 years of experience in financing of his own real estate ranging in transaction size and complexity from small working capital lines to $20 million mortgages, participating equity transactions, and investigating the formation of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), he has wide and deep experience in crafting creative financing solutions. Ken is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School of Communications with concentrated studies in the Wharton School of Business. He is also the former President of the Board of Directors for Monte del Sol Charter School, and former Treasurer for the Foundation for Monte del Sol. Ken has four daughters.

As Office Court’s Santa Fe Property Manager, Jennifer’s primary responsibility is tenant satisfaction (at which she excels), managing facilities housing close to 90 tenants in 3 properties. She has become an expert at building systems and knows the Santa Fe properties and their occupants inside and out. Jennifer joined the company in 1997, and is a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker. She and her husband have two children.
