4001 Office Court Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Cutting Edge Office Space
4001 Office Court is a 10 building, 75,000 square foot office park in Santa Fe, NM designed as a healthy workspace. Every effort has been made to accommodate the demands of today’s companies who require a first class environment at a reasonable price with a scalable technological infrastructure.

Environment/Efficiency
Office Court buildings are designed around the simple concept of providing natural light and self sufficiency to companies of all sizes. The buildings have no common areas, so Tenants only pay for the space they use. Every worker in every office has access to natural light, fresh air, and views of native landscaping and Santa Fe’s beautiful environment through large operable windows.

Identity
Identification is available in multiple locations including a project monument, Building Monument, and Door signage.

Flexibility
4001 Office Court is designed to provide the best combination of Office Environments and with Light Industrial capability. Drop ceilings are finished at 10’, with a capability of having a drywall ceiling as high as 12’. Multiple sets of double doors (6’0” X 6’8”) are accessed by both drive up and elevated patios for companies who have some loading requirement, but prefer an office environment over industrial space. An absence of load bearing walls makes any use possible whether it be office, warehouse, or production.

Expansion Capability
Leases on adjacent spaces can be structured to provide options to match the company’s growth plan.

Connectivity
4001 is qualified for DSL, several T-1’s are active in the project, and conduit has been provided for OC-3 for connection to the Santa Fe Main Interduct across the street. Internally, a campus data interconnect system can provide hard wiring from one suite to any other within the complex.

Convenience/Amenities
Located on Santa Fe’s growing South Side, our project features easy access to I-25, the Santa Fe Bypass (the quickest route to Los Alamos), residential neighborhoods, dining, services, lodging and recreational opportunity. The project is on the Santa Fe Hike/Bike trail about a mile from the Genoveva Chavez City Recreational Center (Ice Rink, Two Pools, Fitness Center, Basketball Courts, etc.).
